The CALAS training center is located half way between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, in the L’Arbois plains, closed to the Sainte Victoire mountain, and a stone throw from the villages of Calas and Cabriès

With the A7, A8 and A51 motorways, the Aix en Provence TGV railway station (10 minute’s drive) and the Marseilles Airport (10 minute’s drive) close by, access to the Training Center is easy from locations in France and abroad.

The Calas Training Grounds are located at the heart of the L’Arbois plains.
They offer a wide variety of options for training : the 3000 m sandtrack borders high quality turf tracks.  The higher plateau also provides a circular sandtrack over a distance of 1100 m as well as jumping tracks.
The facilities are maintained daily and watered thoroughly all year round thanks to the water pumped from the nearby Provence Canal, allowing trainers and horses to perform high standard work.

The yard, built in the 70’s, is made up of 2 stables of 35 loose-boxes each.
